Patricia Vandiver

Mrs. Patricia Vandiver, age 87, of Texarkana, Arkansas, formerly of Forrest City, died Monday at The Villa Nursing Home in Texarkana, Texas. She had been in poor health for the past several years. Mrs. Vandiver was born May 3, 1930, in Forrest City, and was the daughter of Joe Perdzock and Elfa Werstlein Perdzock. She lived in Forrest City most of her life, was a housewife, and a member of the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Mrs. Vandiver married J. W. Vandiver and he preceded her in death in 1997. She is survived by one son, Greg Vandiver, and wife, Tammy, of Texarkana, Arkansas, one sister, Bobbie Gunter of West Memphis, one sister-in-law, Jane Rowe of Minden, Louisiana, two granddaughters; Nicole Lambert and Holly Latham, and four great-grandchildren; Dixie, Emory, Eryn, and Elliott. Services for Mrs. Vandiver will be held at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 10:00 A.M., Saturday, with burial in Forrest Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday at Stevens Funeral Home, 6:00 P.M., till 7:00 P.M., with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 P.M. Stevens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
