Mr. Larry Dale Jones, age 75, of Forrest City, died Thursday at the St. Bernard's Hospital in Jonesboro. He had been in poor health for the past year. Mr. Jones was born October 13, 1944, in Forrest City, and was the son of Charles H. Jones Jr. and Virginia West Jones Poole. He lived in Forrest City all of his life and retired in 2015 from the AutoZone Corporate Office in Memphis. Mr. Jones married Rosemary Woodson in 1963, and she preceded him in death in 2017. He is survived by two sons; Jeffery Woodson Jones and Joseph Humphrey Jones, both of Forrest City, one daughter, Ginadell Jones Adams, and husband, Frank, of Forrest City, one sister, Linda J. Story, and husband, Ben, of Forrest City, and three grandchildren; Ethan, Eli, and Peyton. He had one daughter, Allison Fogg, who preceded him in death in 2017. Services for Mr. Jones will be held Graveside, 2:00 P.M., Monday, at the Forrest Park Cemetery. Stevens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
