Jackie Davis, age 84, of Palestine, died Monday, November 9, 2020. She had been in poor health for the past several years. Miss Davis was born December 9, 1935, in Palestine, and was the daughter of Homer F. Davis and Lorell Gross Davis. She lived in Palestine all of her life and retired from Sanyo Manufacturing. Mrs. Davis is survived by one brother, Johnny Davis, and wife, Mariam, of Palestine, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters; Dot Jones, Virginia Young, and Shirley Lemons. Services will be held at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 2:00 P.M., Thursday, with burial in Bell Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening, 6:00 till 8:00 P.M., at Stevens Funeral Home with Stevens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
