    Betty Sue Lindsey Holman

    March 17, 1934 - January 23, 2021

    Betty Sue Lindsey Holman, age 86, of Conway, formerly of Forrest City, died Saturday, January 23, 2021, at the Conway Regional Hospital in Conway. She had been in poor health for the past several months. Mrs. Holman was born March 17, 1934, in Caldwell, Arkansas, and was the daughter of Elmer E. Lindsey and Ida Busby Lindsey. She retired from General Industries and was a homemaker. She loved to cook for her family, to garden, and enjoyed traveling with her husband, Charlie. She was a member of the Pine Tree Baptist Church. Mrs. Holman married Charlie Holman in 1988, and he preceded her in death in 2012. She is survived by one son, Carroll A. Bishop Jr., and wife, Gena, of Conway, three daughters; Sally Bishop of Conway, Brenda Morgan, and husband, Jimmy, of Dover, and Cindy Davis, and husband, Richard, of Bartlett, Tennessee, one brother, Jim Lindsey, and wife, Nita, of Fayetteville, two sisters; Joyce Clark of Wynne and Claudette Ferguson of Harrison, one sister-in-law, Jenny Lindsey, of Caldwell, eleven grandchildren; Cathy Lewis, and husband, Denny, Victoria Kessler, and husband, Randy, Crissy Gibson, and husband, Mack, Caroline Grantham, Joseph Grantham, and wife, Melissa, Jason Morgan, Melia Morgan, John Bishop, and wife, Jennifer, Courtney Knight, and husband, Chris, Erica Davis and Brock Davis, sixteen great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Beau Aaron Morgan, one sister, Tommie Satterfield, one brother, B Lindsey, three brothers-in-law; Noel Ferguson, John Clark, and Willard Satterfield. Services for Mrs. Holman will be held at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 10:00 A.M., Thursday, with burial in Lindsey Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening, 5:00 till 7:00 P.M., at the funeral home, with Stevens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Dustin Clegg will be officiating. Memorials are to be made to the Pine Tree Baptist Church, 6828 Highway 306 West, Colt, Arkansas, 72326, The Bridge Wynne, 203 Marriman Ave., Wynne, Arkansas, 72396, or the First Baptist Church of Caldwell, P.O.
